Challenges ahead:
(1) We need to win at Division level for speech contest by 2006
----how? set up a contest coach, align with district 80 vision of producing world champion by 2008 (seek kim siong's help),
groom promising people -Thomas, we need people like you to take part in contests, to bring our standard up to Division level.
We need that breakthrough!
(2) We need to get our own Area Governor for S2 - by 2005 - hey xxx, you willing to take up challenge?
(3) We need to get our own DTMs by 2008 - estimated 3 DTMs - hey guys you know who you are....this is more for the club, to
establish a solid base
(4) We want and need happy, dynamic, vibrant, energetic members, proud to be part of the club - objective of EXCO (esp VPM)
- members are our life-blood
(5) Most of all, we want meetings to be relevant to each and every member, and all who attended each meeting will be able
to bring something of value back with them, to enhance their lives, workplace or relationships - objective of EXCO (esp VPE
